These awards will honor outstanding contributions in IT and ITeS. Winners across diverse categories are selected by an esteemed jury, recognizing excellence in innovation, scale, and global impact

The STPI IT Export Awards recognise excellence in India’s IT and ITeS export ecosystem, honouring organisations that demonstrate strong global performance, innovation, and growth. Instituted by Software Technology Parks of India, the awards celebrate enterprises, MSMEs, and startups for their contribution to strengthening India’s global technology footprint. Presented at Bengaluru Tech Summit, the awards serve as a benchmark of export excellence and inspire the ecosystem to scale world-class capabilities from India.

SmartBio Awards

The Smart Bio Awards at BTS celebrate excellence and innovation in India’s biotechnology and life sciences ecosystem, recognising organisations and startups that are driving impactful research, commercialization, and global competitiveness. Curated by the Association of Biotechnology-led Enterprises (ABLE), the awards honour achievements across biopharma, medtech, agri-biotech, bio-industrial solutions, and emerging biotech domains.

By showcasing these success stories, the felicitation serves as inspiration for emerging founders and reinforces Bengaluru and Karnataka’s position as a leading hub for startup-led economic growth.

Global BEEs Conclave

The Global BEEs (Builders of Entrepreneurial Ecosystems) Conclave, hosted by TiE Bangalore at BTS 2026 will bring together global TiE Charter Members to celebrate the Net Givers philosophy and the power of ecosystem-building. The conclave will feature curated dialogues, peer learning and deep engagement with Bengaluru’s leading innovation hubs, o ering a rsthand view of how world-class entrepreneurial ecosystems are built, scaled and sustained, along with a thoughtfully curated getaway to the emerging innovation hub and heritage city of Mysuru.

TCS National Rural IT Quiz & BioQuiz

As one of the longest-running flagship programmes at BTS, the TCS National Rural IT Quiz and BioQuiz engage young minds across India in competitive, tech-centric challenges. These national-level contests spotlight talent from schools and universities, empowering students with knowledge of computing, biotechnology, and innovation. With participation spanning thousands of students from diverse regions, the quizzes foster curiosity, STEM learning, and future readiness among the next generation of thinkers and problem-solvers.

National TCS Rural IT Quiz

The 26th edition of TCS Rural IT Quiz is being conducted by Dept. of Electronics, IT, BT and S&T, GoK in partnership with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) as a integral part of the BTS event for more than 2 decades. This year, the quiz attracted participation from over 5.62 lakh students from smaller towns in India. Open to students from classes 8 to 12, the program included online tests, virtual rounds, and physical quiz competitions. The national finals assessed students' knowledge in technology through five engaging segments. The eight regional finalists who qualified for the national finals included:

The awards were presented by Shri Rahul Sharanappa Sankanur – Director, Electronics IT & BT and MD - Karnataka Innovation & Technology Society, Government of Karnataka and Shri Sunil Deshpande, Regional Head, TCS Bengaluru.

TCS Rural IT Quiz is one of the flagship programs conducted by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in partnership with the Department of Electronics, IT, BT, Govt. of Karnataka as part of the BTS event. The program was initiated in the year 2000 and has reached over 21.5 million students till date.

India’s longest running rural tech quiz returns to BTS 2025 after a grand Silver Jubilee in 2024. The program empowers rural students with IT literacy for a tech driven world. The National Finals at BTS will feature top student champions from across the country in an exciting showdown.
